Beryl

Beryl

Beryl is a quiet, shy, non-dominate guy. Once he is comfortable in his surroundings he will rub against your leg and come up to you with soft head bumps, looking to be petted. His favorite spot to do this is when you are sitting on the couch or while you are at the computer. He can be picked up and held if it is for short periods of time. Beryl is an energetic boy when it comes to playing with a feather wand toy, which he adores chasing. He has great jumping skills and easily jumps 4 feet to catch the “bird”. He also likes to listen to piano music. He will curl up in a basket listening/sleeping or sometimes will jump upon the bench wanting petting while his foster parent plays. Beryl will do best in a quiet household with an easy-going, non-dominate cat or two that would keep him company and play with him. He could be by himself providing he gets the attention and play time he needs. He does not like being in a cage at all, so he does not show his special personality at the adoption center well. He is best seen in a room or at the foster’s home.
